Guidemark Immigration Consulting is operated by Mahrukh Shah, RCIC-IRB, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant licensed and regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), the national regulatory body responsible for licensing and overseeing immigration consultants in Canada.
